Values

Code Label Standard code Definition
poor Poor FCS 0-21 (standard thresholds) or 0-28 (high-sugar/oil thresholds). Indicates an inadequate diet with very low frequency and diversity of food group consumption.
borderline Borderline FCS 21.5-35 (standard thresholds) or 28.5-42 (high-sugar/oil thresholds). Indicates a diet at risk, with limited frequency and diversity of food group consumption.
acceptable Acceptable FCS above 35 (standard thresholds) or above 42 (high-sugar/oil thresholds). Indicates an adequate diet with sufficient frequency and diversity of food group consumption.
